  • 2 cup sooji

  • 1 cup sweet corn

  • 2 tsp besan

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/2 tsp sesme seeds

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp eno


  • Grind the Sweet corn using mixer jar.
  • Mix semolina, besan, curd, salt, ginger garlic chilli paste together. Add the water as required and mix it well.
  • Add the eno in the mixture and mix it well.
  • Grese the plate and spread the batter in it. Spread the mixture with oil in the plate.
  • Put it into steamer and let it cook for 12-15 minutes.
  • Cool and cut into round shape. To make the tadka, heat the oil, add mustard seeds, few chilli pieces and sesme seeds. Let it crackle.Spread the tadaka on the Dhokla. Garnish with corn kernels and serve it.
