Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 5-6 potatoes


  • 2 tablespoon oil


  • 1/2 spoon turmeric


  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1 spoon coriander powder


  • 2 green chilli cut into slit


  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder


  • For roti - 1 bowl wheat flour

Directions

  • Boil the potatoes.
  • Peel and cut into 1" lengthwise.
  • Heat a pan put oil when oil is hot add green chilli, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
  • Saute for few seconds than add potatoes and stir to make sure that the potatoes don't stick to the pan.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes on midium flame.
  • Aaloo Gutka is ready.
  • For roti- put wheat flour in a big bowl and knead a soft dough with adding enough water.
  • Rest for 10 minutes.
  • Take roti size loi and roll them with rolling pin.
  • Heat a tawa put roti and cook both sides.
  • Serve hot roti with aaloo gutka.
