crush together, mixed herbs, oregano, red chilli flakes and rosemary. take garlic powder and keep everything ready
add softened butter to the herbs and mix

take flour in a bowl, make well in the center and add salt, sugar, yeast, oil and knead a dough
remove on a greased counter.
knead it for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth
grease the bowl and place the dough in it. apply some oil on the dough. cover and set aside to rest for 30 minutes. after the dough has risen. punch the dough.
roll and divide the dough in eight equal parts. preheat oven @200°C
brush the top the sticks with garlic herb butter
bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
serve with soup like I did. these can be stored for over 3-4 days
