Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup quinoa


  • 1 cup soya granules


  • 1 cup oats


  • 4 tbsp corn flour


  • 2 tbsp yougert


  • 1/4 cup carrots chopped


  • 1/4 cup onions chopped


  • 1/4 cup capsicum chopped


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 3 tsp or To taste salt


  • 1/2 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Soak quinoa in to water for half hour. Then add salt to it and boil it using water till it become tender.
  • Wash the soya granules thoroughly in water. Grind the oats to make powder.
  • mix quinoa, oats powder, soy granules, corn flour, yogurt, salt, pepper powder, finely chopped capsicum and carrots.
  • Give it a Shape of the tikki. Shallow Fry it on tawa using little oil.
  • serve it with green chutny
