UPMA :
add ghee in a pan and roast semolina.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed, mustard, cumin seed, curry leaves, Turmeric, hinge
After that add chopped onion,tomato, green chilli and solt to test cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add water , water is boil add semolina slowly and stirring continueously, cook for 2 minute. add roasted pinuts and cashew nuts ( both roate in ghee) and mix well. add couriander and serve it.
BHAKHRI :
Take flour in a bowl and add oil , salt to it and make flour with water. Keep the dough tight
Lubricate the dough, turning the dough into a round shape.
roast both sides in a pan.
After it roast take in a plate and apply ghee on it and serve it with Upma and Tea.
