  • 1 cup jowar flour

  • 1/2 cup rice flour

  • 1/2 cup makai flour

  • 1 no. Beetroot

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 3 tsp salt


  • Peel off the beetroot and boil it using pressure cooker. Cut it into pieces and Grind it to a paste using mixer jar.
  • Mix all the flour, salt, baking soda, beetroot puree, red chilli powder, garam masala well. Add required amount of water to it to make a smooth batter.
  • We will prepare pancakes of it on tawa. Using ladal, spread the batter on tawa and cook it from both the sides using little oil.
  • Garnish it using mayonnaise. Fill the mayonnaise it a cone and spread it over the prepared pancakes.
  • Serve it along with ketchup.
