Method :
Wash the poha with water and put it in a strainer. Now pour water in a vessel, keep about 1 glass. Now place a stand on it (you can also keep the idli stand). Now add salt, sugar, green chilli in the poha, mix it a bit and keep it on the stand
Cover it and heat a pan roast it mustard seeds and then add curry leaves. Now add peanuts and stir continuously.
Poha has to be given only 2-4 minutes of steam, now put the poha in another vessel with a strainer, now add lemon juice, onion, chopped potatoes and whatever roasted items were… mustard, peanuts, curry leaves Add all of them well with the help of a spoon… Just serve white steamed poha and serve with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.
