Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chili


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 cup onion ring chopped


  • 1/2 cup boiled potato mashed


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 2 bread slice


  • 2 green chili


  • 2 tsp fruit salt


  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • Take a bowl add gram flour , ajwain , red chili powder , garam masala , coriander powder and chopped green chili.
  • Add water and make a batter for pakoda.
  • Take a boiled mashed potato in another bowl add red chili powder, garam masala , salt , lemon juice , coriander powder and chat masala.
  • Mix well and make balls with potato mixture.
  • Add fruit salt in pakoda batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Deep onion rings in batter and put in to hot oil.
  • Once onion pakoda fry crispy take it out.
  • Deep potato balls in batter in put in hot oil and fry till.golden.
  • Put bread slice and fry in hot oil.
  • Serve this pakoda with fried green chili.
