2 boiled potatos
2 green chillis
2 tbsp green coriander
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin
2 pinch asafotida
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mango powder
1 tsp salt
4-6 white bread slices
2-3 tbsp butter
Peel and mash the potatoes. Finely chop all the veggies.
Heat oil in a pan and crack cumin seeds.
Saute the onion little and add rest of the spices.
Now add tomatoes and roast well.
Add salt and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes with cover lid.
Turn off the gas and mix green coriander. Let it cool.
Take one bread slice and spread the stuffing. Cover with another.
Prepare all likewise.
Heat a tawa and grease it with Butter.
Now place one set on tawa and roast till golden from both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
