Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2-3 potatoes


  • 1-2 tbsp. rice flour


  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste


  • 1/2 tsp. roasted cumin powder


  • 1-2 fresh red / green chilies, chopped


  • 1-2 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped


  • 2-3 tbsp. cream cheese / grated cheese or as required


  • 2 tbsp. sev or as required


  • 2-3 tbsp. oil or as required

Directions

  • Prick the potatoes all over and pressure cook for one whistle. Set aside to cool. Peel off the skin and mash well.
  • Mix with the salt, fresh chilies, coriander leaves, rice flour and cumin powder. Shape in any form you desire and refrigerate for some time.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on both sides till they turn brown in colour. Drain on a kitchen towel.
  • Spread cream cheese and sprinkle some sev over it. Serve with tomato ketchup / green chutney.
