Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup sago


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 1 large potato boiled


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 3 tsp roasted peanut powder


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp curd


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • soak sago in water for 10 hours .
  • when it doubles it size add some milk to it and let it rest for some more time.
  • Heat oil and add cumin seeds
  • mash boiled potato and salt.
  • Add red chilli powder and let it saute.
  • Add peanuts in the sago along with curd.
  • gently mix it and add into the kadai.
  • mix potato and sago and cover for a minute.
  • if the curd is sour avoid adding lemon juice.
