2 cup sago
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 large potato boiled
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp red chilly powder
3 tsp roasted peanut powder
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp curd
1 tbsp oil
Directions
soak sago in water for 10 hours .
when it doubles it size add some milk to it and let it rest for some more time.
Heat oil and add cumin seeds
mash boiled potato and salt.
Add red chilli powder and let it saute.
Add peanuts in the sago along with curd.
gently mix it and add into the kadai.
mix potato and sago and cover for a minute.
if the curd is sour avoid adding lemon juice.
