1. Wash and soak the Sabudana for 4-5 hours.
2. Roast the groundnuts and crush them slightly.
In a pan add oil, add jeera and onions
4. Saute for 2 minutes and add green chillies, curry leaves and now add the tomatoes.
5. Once the tomatoes are soft add chopped boiled potatoes, salt and turmeric powder.
6. Mix well. Now add the soaked Sabudana , crushed peanuts and coriander leaves. Also add the lemon juice and together give a nice mix.
7. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
9. For a twist I have added a tsp of sugar before switching off the flame.
