Soak the uraddal &rice to make a batter.
Add salt mix it well rest it 2 hour
Heat a tava add little oil .
Pour a ladle ful batter &Cover it 5 mints on low fkame.
After 5 mints check it ,if cooked nicely than transfer plate.
Than prepared another uttapam ,garnishing with onion tomato capsicum&red bell papper cube.Cover it another 5 mints.
Now take plane uttapam spread tomato sauce or schezwan sauce
Put the second uttapam over the first one.
Cut it 4 pieces ,&serve it any type of chutney.
