Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/2 cup rawa


  • 1 cheese slice


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1 tsp chopped onion


  • 3 -4 coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Add 1/2 cup water in rawa and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Heat tawa and grease it with oil.
  • add salt in batter and mix well.
  • pour this batter on tawa and make small dosa.
  • add butter on top of it and spread it well.
  • sprinle herbs and add cheese, onion, coriander on it.
  • cover dosa with a lid and serve hot.
