Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/2 cup rawa

  • 1 cheese slice

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs

  • 1 tsp chopped onion

  • 3 -4 coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

    Add 1/2 cup water in rawa and leave for 10 minutes.

  • 02

    Heat tawa and grease it with oil.

  • 03

    add salt in batter and mix well.

  • 04

    pour this batter on tawa and make small dosa.

  • 05

    add butter on top of it and spread it well.

  • 06

    sprinle herbs and add cheese, onion, coriander on it.

  • 07

    cover dosa with a lid and serve hot.
