Soak the rice, daal and fenugreek seeds overnight and make a smooth paste in morning.
Add baking soda and 1 tsp salt in it. Place it on warm place for 8 hours.
Peel the potatoes and mash them
Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillis.
Heat oil in pan and roast onion till light pink.
Now and 2 tbsp oil and crackle mustard seeda, asofeotida, Curry leaves, and turmeric powder.
Roast the tomatoes and add potatoes and add salt. Mix well
Heat a tawa and grease it with oil.
Take a small portion of batter and spread it on tawa thin.
When it turns golden brown add stuffing and fold it.
Serve it with Coconut Chutney.
