500 gram petha
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 green chillis
1 tsp salt
2 pinch asafotida
2 cup wheat flour
Directions
Make a soft dough with wheat flour
Peel the pumpkin and grate it.
Now squeeze its water and mix all the spices in it.
Now take out a small ball and fill the stuffing in it.
Roll it out.
Place on tawa and roast golden from both sides.
Serve with curd
