  • 500 gram petha


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 2 green chillis


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 pinch asafotida


  • 2 cup wheat flour

Directions

  • Make a soft dough with wheat flour
  • Peel the pumpkin and grate it.
  • Now squeeze its water and mix all the spices in it.
  • Now take out a small ball and fill the stuffing in it.
  • Roll it out.
  • Place on tawa and roast golden from both sides.
  • Serve with curd
