  • 3 cup rice

  • 1 cup udad daal

  • 1 cup raagi flour

  • 3 tsp or as per taste salt

    Wash udad daal and rice with water properly and soak them in water separately for at least 8 hours or over night.

    Grind them using mixer jar to a smooth paste. Combine it well. Now leave it for fermentation for again 6-8 hrs.

    After it gets fermented, add raagi flour, and mix it properly. Leave it for 1 hour.

    Add salt to taste and mix properly. Spread the batter on tawa and using little oil, make dosa.

    Serve it, with coconut chutney.
