Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup moong dhuli daal


  • 2 green chillis


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 big potatoes


  • 500 gram oil for frying

Directions

  • Soak the moon daal for 5-6 hours
  • Strain all the water and and grind it without adding a aingle drop of water.
  • Add all the spices.
  • Whisk for 5 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • . Meanwhile peel the potatoes and slice them
  • Dip one slice in paste and drop in pan.
  • Fry on medium flame till golden.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
