Ingredients

1 cup moong dhuli daal
2 green chillis
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafotida
1 tsp salt
2 big potatoes
500 gram oil for frying
Directions
Soak the moon daal for 5-6 hours
Strain all the water and and grind it without adding a aingle drop of water.
Add all the spices.
Whisk for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
. Meanwhile peel the potatoes and slice them
Dip one slice in paste and drop in pan.
Fry on medium flame till golden.
Serve hot with chutney.
