Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup onion chopped rings


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp fruit salt


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp chopped green chili


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 cup Oil


  • 2 tsp chat masala

Directions

  • Take a bowl add gram flour , salt , green chili, curd.
  • Mix well also add garam masala , coriander powder and add 1 cup water and make a batter for pakoda.
  • Add fruit salt and mix batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Put onion rings in to batter and put in to hot oil.
  • Fry till crisp.
  • Serve with mayo sezwan dip and chat masala.
