1-2 cup urad dal
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp salt to taste
1 pinch soda
1 green chilly
2 cup oil
Directions
soak urad dal for 8 hours
blend all ingredients except oil and sodauntil smooth. add some water if required.
Heat oil and deep fry small pakoda's.
serve hot with ketchup.
