Ingredients

  • 1-2 cup urad dal


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 green chilly


  • 2 cup oil

Directions

  • soak urad dal for 8 hours
  • blend all ingredients except oil and sodauntil smooth. add some water if required.
  • Heat oil and deep fry small pakoda's.
  • serve hot with ketchup.
