Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 boiled and smashed potato

  • 2 tablespoon of green peas boiled

  • 1 tea spoon of turmeric

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder

  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tbsp maida

  • 1 tbsp corn flour

  • 2 burger buns

  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 onion ring

Directions

    Smash potatoes and peas together and add dry spices in it. add salt.

    Combine everything and prepare patties

  • 03

    Dip in maida paste and roll in bread crumbs

    Heat oil in a pan

  • 05

    deep fry the patties till it turns golden and Crisp

  • 06

    Take the burger buns and spread mayonnaise on both sides

  • 07

    On the bottom side of the bun place aloo patties

  • 08

    Place two slice of tomato and two rings of onion

  • 09

    Cover the burger buns and press slightly

  • 10

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
