Ingredients

  • Bread Slices 8-10

  • 1/2 Capsicum finely chopped

  • 1/2 Carrot finely chopped

  • 1 Onion finely chopped

  • 1 Tomato roughly chopped

  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves finely chopped

  • 1 Green Chilli 1 Boiled Potato

  • 1/2 inch Ginger finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • 1 Tbsp Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Pav Bhajji Masala

  • 2 tsp Tomato Ketchup

  • 2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Water

Directions

    In a large tawa / kadhai, heat up the butter. Add in cumin, garlic, green chili onions, capsicum.

    Season well with salt, and cook until onions get translucent.

    Add in chopped vegetables .

  • 04

    Add in the tomatoes to the tawa.

    Mash & cook the veggies until they come together, and is cooked well. Add in all the spices , and mix well.

    Add some water to make the mixture smoothly down, and cook well. Finally, add some coriander leaves and keep the mixture aside.

    Take a bread slice, and fill the veggie mixture, and keep aside.

    Heat up a pan, add in a tsp of butter, a touch of pav bhaji masala and kashmiri red chilly. Roast the slice on its’ sides and cut horizontally and serve it up!
