Soak quinoa in enough water for 1 hr and then grind it to a paste using mixer jar.
Mix samolina, salt and curd to it. Add required amount of water to make batter of uttapa.
Place the tawa on flame. Spread the batter, sprinkle some chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, green chillies, coriander and carrots.
Let it get cooked properly from both the sides.
Serve uttapa with coconut chutney. It looks colourful and taste best. It's healthy as loaded with vegetables.
