Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 3 boiled egg white, chopped


  • 2 boiled egg whole, chopped


  • 1/2 Cup onion, chopped


  • 1/2 Cup kala chana,boiled


  • 1/4 Cup red bell pepper, chopped


  • 1 green chilli, chopped


  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Directions

  • Mix together all the dry ingredients (eggs, onion, bellpepper, chana, green chilli, coriander) together.
  • Season with salt, black pepper and lime juice. Serve.
