Heat milk in pan. Once it's boiled, add turmeric powder, black pepper powder and ghee. Stir well.
Now let this boil until 1.5 cup milk reduces to 1 cup milk. Let it cool.
You can add jaggery at this point if you require a little more sweetness in your oats.
Now add oats to the same pan in which you have prepared turmeric latte.
Cook the oats on high flame until the milk boils again, and then simmer it for 2-3 mins. Turn off the flame.
Garnish it with apples, cranberries, pumpkin seeds & sesame seeds. Serve.
