Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3/4 Cup whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup oats


  • 1 tablespoon protein powder


  • 2 eggs


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 Cup milk, low fat


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 drops Vanilla extract


  • 1-2 tablespoon dried Cranberries


  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup

Directions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, protein powder)
  • Whisk egg, add milk and vanilla and mix this mixture into dry ingredients.
  • Next add baking soda and salt to make batter. Do not over mix it.
  • Now pour laddle full batter onto non-stick pan and cook from both sides.
  • Top with cranberries or your favourite fruits/nuts and strawberry syrup/maple syrup.
