Whole Wheat Oats Pancakes

3/4 Cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon protein powder
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 Cup milk, low fat
1 pinch salt
2 drops Vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoon dried Cranberries
2 tbsp strawberry syrup
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, protein powder)
Whisk egg, add milk and vanilla and mix this mixture into dry ingredients.
Next add baking soda and salt to make batter. Do not over mix it.
Now pour laddle full batter onto non-stick pan and cook from both sides.
Top with cranberries or your favourite fruits/nuts and strawberry syrup/maple syrup.
