Ingredients

Serves 3

  • multigrain flour (rice ,wheat,raagi ,gram, jowar,Bajra ,corn) 3 cups

  • 1 onion cut into small pieces

  • 2 cups coriander leaves

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 1/2 spoon turmeric powder

  • 2 spoon chilli powder

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • 01

    mix all the ingredients (except oil) together and make a soft dough from it

  • 02

    take small portion &prepare Thali Pith by using Muslim cloth ..flat or by hand like chapati

  • 03

    take the Thali pith on tawa and give holes in between

  • 04

    roast it using oil from both the side until golden brown

  • 05

    serve with butter and chutney
