Ingredients
Serves 2
6 Bread Slices
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 Grated n sqeezed carrot
1 Finely chopped onion
1/2 Finely chopped capsicum
2 grn chillies finelly chopped
1 Tblsp. Red chilli sauce
1 tsp. Soya sauce
Salt 1 tsp
2 Table sp. Corn floor
2 Tblsp. Sesame seeds
Oil 8 10 tblsp
Directions
In a mixing bowl add potatoes, carrot, onion and capsicum. 😊Now add slighty crushed oregano, grn chillies, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and salt. Give it a good mix. Stuffing is ready. 😊 Cut the bread slices with round cutter or with the help of bowl. 😊Spread a nice thick layer of stuffing on bread disk with a spoon. Cover all bread disks with stuffing in same way. 😊In a bowl add corn floor, pinch of salt and water and mix well. Make a pouring consistency slurry. 😊Now apply this slurry on bread disks with the help of brush, nicely. 😊Sprinkle sesame seeds over disks and press slightly. 😊In a wok heat oil and place bread disks carefully in it. Flip it when it turns golden brown from one side and fry it till golden brown from another side too. 😊Similarly fry all brread disks. Remove from wok and keep on tissue paper for few mins to avoid excess oil. 😊😊Crispy and spicy Chinese Gold Coins are ready!!!!!
