Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup thick poha


  • 1/2 cup sweet corn


  • 1 cup cabbage


  • 1 cup spring onion green


  • 1 cup carrot


  • 1/2 cup yellow bell peppers


  • 2 tsp garlic chopped


  • 2 tsp ginger chopped


  • 1 tsp green chillies


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tsp or as required salt


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Wash poha with water. Put it in the water for about ten seconds and remove it immediately, so that it will soften.
  • Transfer it to the sieve for some time to remove access water. Boil sweet corn and finely chopped carrots in water.
  • Put finely chopped ginger and garlic in oil, add green chilli. Add finely chopped cabbage to it. Mix carrots, yellow bell peppers and sweet corn to it.
  • Add salt. We need to Keep the vegetables crispy, so we will saute it for few seconds. Add the tomato sauce and the soya sauce to it and mix well.
  • Add black pepper powder and lemon juice to it. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spring onion green.
  • Enjoy poha loaded with vegetables. This taste good even if served after some time.
