Ingredients

2 cup thick poha
1/2 cup sweet corn
1 cup cabbage
1 cup spring onion green
1 cup carrot
1/2 cup yellow bell peppers
2 tsp garlic chopped
2 tsp ginger chopped
1 tsp green chillies
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp or as required salt
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Directions
Wash poha with water. Put it in the water for about ten seconds and remove it immediately, so that it will soften.
Transfer it to the sieve for some time to remove access water. Boil sweet corn and finely chopped carrots in water.
Put finely chopped ginger and garlic in oil, add green chilli. Add finely chopped cabbage to it. Mix carrots, yellow bell peppers and sweet corn to it.
Add salt. We need to Keep the vegetables crispy, so we will saute it for few seconds. Add the tomato sauce and the soya sauce to it and mix well.
Add black pepper powder and lemon juice to it. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spring onion green.
Enjoy poha loaded with vegetables. This taste good even if served after some time.
