Wash and soak the sago in enough water for 4 hrs .
Drain off the sago well and rest for 1/2 hrs.
Now heat ghee in a pan put cumin and saute till they turn aromatic than add green chilli slit and potatoes cubes.
Saute for 2- 3 min.
Now add drained sago along with roasted and crushed peanuts, sugar and salt.
Mix well and make sure not to mash the sago.
Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until sago gets cooked well.
Finally add coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well amd switch off the flame.
Serve Saboodana khichadi for breakfast.
