  • 2 cup Moong 2 green chilli 2 Tsp cumin Handful coriander leaves To taste salt As required oil As required water

Directions

  • Clean and soak moong for 3 to 4 hours. After that remove excess water and keep moong for 7-8 hours so that it will get sprouts.
  • Wash sprouted moong. In a mixi jar or grinder take sprouted moong , cumin, coriander leaves, green chili and make a fine paste.
  • Now add salt as per taste.
  • Check consistency, add water as required and make like dosa batter consistency.
  • Now heat non stick pan, grease it with oil. Sprinkle little water and pour dosa batter and spread it round.
  • After a minute apply 1 TSP oil / ghee. Cook till it becomes crispy and brown from bottom . If want flip and cook from other side as well for 2 minutes.
  • Remove dosa from pan and serve it with your favourite chutney.
