1/2 cup white vatana soaked over night and cooked well
1 1/2 cup poha
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 pinch hing
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger grated
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
2 green chilli
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
First heat oil in kadai add mustard seeds jeera and saunf and saute it then add the curry leaves hing turmeric powder green chilli and saute it.. then add the vatana and ginger with salt and mix well sprinkle little water and cook well. Then add dhaniya powder with a sprinkle of water and mix well. Switch of the flame add washed poha with salt and lemon and mix well and serve with raita.
