Take a deep kadai. Add oil heat it then add mustard seeds let it splutter to this add jeera and saunf, add turmeric powder and hing and curry leaves. Now time to add onions ginger garlic paste and cook well then add sprouts and to this add salt chilli powder Dhaniya powder amchur and cook well. Now add the washed poha little salt and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rasam or raita.
