  • 1 cup chopped pineapple

  • 1/2 cup grated carrot

  • 1 Handful spring onions

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 1 Handful pudina leaves

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds

  • 1/2 lime juice

    First make a paste of 1/2 cup of pineapple and keep aside the other 1/2 cup chopped.Now take a kadhai add oil jeera saunf and hing. Sauté well then to it add onions and ginger and sauté it. Once cooked add grated carrot, cook well with pinch of salt then add pineapple and cook well with pinch of salt.

    Once the chopped pineapple is cooked add the soya sauce vinegar and sauté for one min then add in the pineapple paste and spring onion and pudina cook for two mins now add in the poha with salt and mix well.Garnish with pudina and serve.
