Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted semolina


  • 1 tsp urad dal


  • 1 tsp chana dal


  • 1 cup curd


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 3-4 cury leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds
  • now add asafoetida urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves.
  • and semolina salt and mix well
  • turn off the gas and let it cool on room temperature
  • now add cut and keep it aside for 20 minutes if it is thick then at 23 tbsp water
  • now heat the steamer and grease a tin.
  • add 1 tsp baking soda in the better and transfer it into greased tin.
  • Cook in steamer for 20 minutes
  • after 20 minutes Turn off the gas and take it out from the tin
  • cut into your shape of choice and serve with coconut chutney
