Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds
now add asafoetida urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves.
and semolina salt and mix well
turn off the gas and let it cool on room temperature
now add cut and keep it aside for 20 minutes if it is thick then at 23 tbsp water
now heat the steamer and grease a tin.
add 1 tsp baking soda in the better and transfer it into greased tin.
Cook in steamer for 20 minutes
after 20 minutes Turn off the gas and take it out from the tin
cut into your shape of choice and serve with coconut chutney
