Heat oil in to pressure cooker.
Once oil heat add cumin seeds and let cumin crackers.
Once cumin seeds crackers add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chili.
Add onion and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add capsicum and saute 3 to 4 minutes.
Add tomato puree and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Now add salt , red chili powder , coriander powder, biryani masala , garam masala
Mix all the masala and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Once nice aroma comes add soaked rice with 2 cup of water.
Cook pulav wait for 3 whistle.
Take pulav in a bowl grate cheese on it and put in microwave for 1 or 2 minutes to melt cheese.
Serve hot.
