Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup basmati rice (soaked 20 minutes)


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp green chili chopped


  • 1/2 cup slice chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup slice chopped capsicum


  • 1 cup tomato puree


  • 1 tbsp salt or as per taste


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp biryani masala


  • 1 tbsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 cheese cube

Directions

  • Heat oil in to pressure cooker.
  • Once oil heat add cumin seeds and let cumin crackers.
  • Once cumin seeds crackers add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chili.
  • Add onion and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add capsicum and saute 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Now add salt , red chili powder , coriander powder, biryani masala , garam masala
  • Mix all the masala and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Once nice aroma comes add soaked rice with 2 cup of water.
  • Cook pulav wait for 3 whistle.
  • Take pulav in a bowl grate cheese on it and put in microwave for 1 or 2 minutes to melt cheese.
  • Serve hot.
