  • Honey bread material :- 1 bowl wheat flour 1/4 bowl honey 1/4 teaspoons baking soda 1/4 teaspoons nigella seeds / kalonji 1/2 tablespoons fennel 1/2 tablespoons black pepper powder 1 tablespoons ghee for moyan A little salt to taste Ghee / oil (optional) to be used in roti

Directions

  • Method :- Mix all the ingredients in the flour and mix well and knead a soft dough by adding a little water and keep it covered for 10 minutes. Now heat the griddle /flat pan / tava make a small ball of dough and make a chapati / roti in round way keep the roti of the pan on high to medium flame and put a little ghee on both the sides and roast it pink Serve the prepared hot rotis with chutney, raita
