Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 cup grated cauliflower


  • 2 tsp chopped green chili


  • 2 tsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp anardana powder


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 to 3 tbsp butter or ghee


  • 2 tbsp green chatney


  • 2 tbsp sezwan chatney

Directions

  • Take a wheat flour in a bowl and add pinch of salt.
  • And add water and make a dough.
  • Put aside.
  • Take an another bowl add cauliflower, chopped green chili.
  • Add coriander powder, salt , red chili powder and anardana powder.
  • Mix well
  • Make a roti with a dough on rolling pin.
  • Put 1tbsp mixture on roti and roll over it.
  • Once again roll with the help of dry wheat flour.
  • Heat tava on a gas.
  • Put paratha on tava and apply butter or ghee.
  • Cook till turns crispy.
  • Serve hot with butter , chatney.
