Peel the coconut brown skin and grate the qhite part of coconut
Heat oil in a pan.
Add urad and chana daal and roast till light brown
Now add mustard seeds, asafotida, and curry leaves.
Add grated coconut and roast it on loe flame but continue stiring. Color must not be changed.
Now add salt, green chiilis and boiled rice.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on cover lid.
Turn off the gas and serve hot.
