Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup boiled rice


  • 1/2 coconut


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4-5 curry leaves


  • 2 green chillis


  • 1 tsp urad daal


  • 1 tsp chana daal

Directions

  • Peel the coconut brown skin and grate the qhite part of coconut
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add urad and chana daal and roast till light brown
  • Now add mustard seeds, asafotida, and curry leaves.
  • Add grated coconut and roast it on loe flame but continue stiring. Color must not be changed.
  • Now add salt, green chiilis and boiled rice.
  • Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on cover lid.
  • Turn off the gas and serve hot.
