Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cups dehusked green gram pulses

  • 1 onion

  • 2 green chillies

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2 tbsp green coriander leaves

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

    Wash and soak pulses for 2 hours

  • 02

    Grinded along with ginger and green chillies to make a smooth batter

  • 03

    Add chopped onion and green coriander leaves

  • 04

    Add salt,chilli powder and cumin seeds

  • 05

    Mix well

  • 06

    Grease the pan or tava

  • 07

    Spread a laddle full of batter and cook from both sides till golden and crispy

  • 08

    Serve hot with chutneys
