Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup moong sprouts

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 green chili

  • 2tbsp shredded cabbage

  • 2tbsp shredded carrots

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp black pepper powder

  • 2tsp oil or ghee

  • 8whole wheat bread slices

Directions

    Boil sprouts giving 1 whistle in pressure cooker and release the pressure

  • 02

    Add finely chopped onion, tomato,green chili

  • 03

    Add cabbage and carrots

  • 04

    Add salt and pepper powder

  • 05

    Mix well

    Fill full of 2 tbsp in between 2 bread slices

  • 07

    Grease the grill pan or sandwich maker and heat it

  • 08

    Cook sandwich from both sides.Make all the same way

    Serve hot with tomato catch-up or green chutney
