2cup rice
1cup uraddal
1tsp or to taste salt
1cupGreated carrot
1cup greated beat root
1cup desecated coconut
1cup chopped onion
1tbsp chopped greenchilli
1bunch chopped corriender leaves
2tbsp oil
Directions
Soak the rice & urad dal 2 hour.
Griend the rice&urad dal to make a smooth paste.
Add salt mix it well .Rest it 2 hour.
Heat a frying pan add 1/4tsp oil ,add 1 big ladle ful batter. Garnish all chopped veggies &cover it 5 mints on low flame.
When uttapam cooked nicely transfer a plate
Serve with coconut chutney.
