Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup chopped fresh methi (soaked in to water for 10 to 15 minutes)


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chili


  • 1 tbsp chopped green garlic


  • 1 tbsp salt or to taste


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry


  • 1 tsp soda

Directions

  • Drain water from methi leaves.
  • Take a bowl add gram flour , add methi leaves , salt , curd , green garlic and mix well.
  • Add garam masala , coriander powder and green garlic.
  • Mix well.
  • Add 1 cup of water and make a batter.
  • Add soda and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Make a pakoda with a batter and fry till golden brown
