Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 4 bread slice


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 2 tsp chopped green chili


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry


  • 1 cup tea for serve


  • 1 tsp fruit salt

Directions

  • Take a bowl add gram flour , add salt , garam masala, green chili , coriander powder, curd and ajwain.
  • Mix well all the ingredients.
  • Add water and make a batter for pakoda
  • Cut bread slice in to 2 parts
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add fruit salt in to batter and mix.
  • Deep bread in to better and put in to hot oil.
  • Fry till golden fry.
  • Serve hot with tea.
