2 cups multi grain flour
1/2 cup baajra flour
1/2 cup oats flour
1/2 cup green fenugreek leaves chopped
1/2 cup spinach levaes chopped
1/4 cup green garlic leaves chopped
1/4 cup green coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp ginger chilli garlic paste
1/2 cup curd or thick buttermilk
Salt 2 tsp
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp jeera
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp jaggery or sugar
Oil 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup (or as required)
Take a broad pan. Add all flours. And mix well.
Add oil, all spices
Add buttermilk and All chopped leafy greens.
Mix well and bind dough. Grease with oil. Do not overknead.
Make Small balls out of the dough.Roll out in a thick Dhebri.
Cook on Tawa like we do with paranthas..erve hot with chutney and pickled chilli.
