Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 cups multi grain flour

  • 1/2 cup baajra flour

  • 1/2 cup oats flour

  • 1/2 cup green fenugreek leaves chopped

  • 1/2 cup spinach levaes chopped

  • 1/4 cup green garlic leaves chopped

  • 1/4 cup green coriander leaves chopped

  • 2 tbsp ginger chilli garlic paste

  • 1/2 cup curd or thick buttermilk

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • 1/2 tsp ajwain

  • 1/2 tsp jeera

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp red chilli

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp jaggery or sugar

  • Oil 1 cup

  • Water 1/4 cup (or as required)

Directions

    Take a broad pan. Add all flours. And mix well.

    Add oil, all spices

  • 03

    Add buttermilk and All chopped leafy greens.

  • 04

    Mix well and bind dough. Grease with oil. Do not overknead.

    Make Small balls out of the dough.Roll out in a thick Dhebri.

    Cook on Tawa like we do with paranthas..erve hot with chutney and pickled chilli.
