Ingredients

  • 3 cup rice

  • 1 cup udad daal

  • 1 cup raagi flour

  • 1/4 tsp soda bi carb

  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

    Wash udad daal and rice with water properly and soak them in water separately for at least 8 hours or over night.

    Grind them using mixer jar to a smooth paste. Combine it well.

  • 03

    Now leave it for fermentation for again 6-8 hrs.

    After it gets fermented, add raagi flour and mix it properly.

    Add salt, soda bi carb and mix properly. Pour the batter in idli tray and steam it for 10-15 minutes.

    Unmould it. It's read to serve. Serve it with coconut chutney.
