Wash the pohe and strain all the water.
Finely chop the vegetables
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Roast onion till light pink. Take out in a plate.
Add reast of the oil and crackle cumin seeds, asafotida and turmeric powder
Now add tomatoes and green chiilis. Roast well.
Now add Capsicum and poha and mix well
Cook for 2 minutes with cover lid.
Garnish with green coriander.
Serve hot
