Grinded corn kernels coarsely
Add semolina and curd in it
Add some water if needed to make a smooth thick batter
Add ginger green chilli paste
Add salt , pepper powder,sugar,lemon juice and turmeric powder and mix well
Add baking soda
Grease the muffin moulds and pour the batter in them
Now steam in steamer or may bake in oven at 180 degree for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes muffins are steamed or baked and ready
Pour tadka by heating oil and adding mustard seeds and curry leaves
When muffins are cooming meanwhile make soup
Boil amaranth leaves and bottleguard for 5 minutes
Grind when cool down along with mint leaves
Now heat 1tsp oil in a pan
Add ginger green chilli paste to fry
Add grinded veggies and 1cup water
Add salt and pepper powder
Take a boil and turn off the flame
Add lime juice and serve hot
