Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowl sprouted moong


  • 4 spoon rice flour


  • 1 spoon salt


  • 3- 4 green chilli


  • 2" ginger


  • 4-5 spoon oil


  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • In a mixer put sprouted moong, ginger and green chilli grind it and make a thin paste.
  • Now add rice flour and salt . Do make batter too thin.
  • Heat a tawa , once it is hot enough smear oil on to it and spread the batter evenly.
  • Apply a teaspoon oil around the chila and wait till the edges turn golden.
  • Flip the chila to the other side and let it cook for 1 minute.
  • Transfer into the plate and serve with chutney.
