1 bowl sprouted moong
4 spoon rice flour
1 spoon salt
3- 4 green chilli
2" ginger
4-5 spoon oil
2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
Directions
In a mixer put sprouted moong, ginger and green chilli grind it and make a thin paste.
Now add rice flour and salt . Do make batter too thin.
Heat a tawa , once it is hot enough smear oil on to it and spread the batter evenly.
Apply a teaspoon oil around the chila and wait till the edges turn golden.
Flip the chila to the other side and let it cook for 1 minute.
Transfer into the plate and serve with chutney.
