Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 brown bread slice

  • 2 tsp butter

  • 1 boiled potato sliced

  • 1 tomato sliced

  • 1 small capsicum sliced

  • 1 small onion sliced

  • 2 tsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp chilli sauce

Directions

  • 01

    Apply butter to the slice.

  • 02

    Apply tomato sauce to one slice and chilli sauce to the other.

  • 03

    Arrrange potato, tomato,capsicum and onion layer one by one on one slice and place the other slice on top.

  • 04

    Grill it for 5 minutes and serve hot.
